1. Who we are

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. We try to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we find an error after you order, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or suspected fraud. Payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Payflex, Ozow EFT. Your order ships after payment clears.
4. Delivery
We use The Courier Guy and Pargo. Delivery is 2–5 working days. Free delivery over R500. Under R500: R65 flat fee. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return items per our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Beauty, underwear and final sale items cannot be returned.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including the logo, images and text is owned by Curativy. You may not copy or use it without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Curativy is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability will not exceed the price you paid for the product.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
