At Curativy, your privacy matters. This policy explains how we collect and use your data per POPIA.
1. What we collect
We collect: Name, email, phone, delivery address, order history, payment confirmation (we do not store your card number – Paystack/Payflex does), browsing behaviour and IP address.
2. How we use it
To process and deliver orders, send tracking SMS, provide customer support, improve the site, and send marketing (only if you opted in for the 20% off newsletter). You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails.
3. Sharing
We share data only with: courier partners (The Courier Guy, Pargo), payment gateways (Paystack, Ozow, Payflex), and Shopify/Meta/Google for analytics. We never sell your data.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for the cart, login and analytics. You can disable them in your browser, but the site may not work properly. Banner: We use cookies.
5. Your Rights Under POPIA
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, and object to marketing. Email support@curativy.co.za to request. We will respond within 21 days.
6. Data Security
We store data on secure servers with SSL encryption. We keep order data for 5 years for tax law.
